If you are a consumer, i.e. you purchase Credits for purposes outside your trade, business or professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase in accordance with Sec. 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<h3>How to withdraw<\/h3>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Planeteers GmbH in writing, either by letter sent by post or by email:<\/p>\n<p>Planeteers GmbH<br \/>Eimsb\u00fctteler Stra\u00dfe 59<br \/>22769 Hamburg<br \/>Germany<br \/>Email: <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@planeteers.de\">kontakt@planeteers.de<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Your declaration of withdrawal must be submitted to us within the withdrawal period.
